Diane Nash Boehm is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Founder and Executive Director of Horse Medicine. Her personal experiences with horses caused her to realize that the innate power they possess could be transformed into a growth experience for clients outside of the traditional in-office session.

Nanette Conley is an Equine Specialist, with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences, Co-Founder and President of Horse Medicine. She has a lifetime of experience and connection with horses which has brought forth an awareness of their ability to teach people to trust, bond, and grow in spirit.

Diane Nash Boehm, Cherokee and Nanette Conley

The twelve horses (both mares and geldings) of Horse Medicine range in age from 5 months to 31 years. The youngest teammate is Paolo. He was born May 15th, 2007 to Jesse a seven-year old Morgan mare. He's a feisty little guy. One of his favorite antics is to pick up the orange cones used in the exercises and move them to different locations - making the activity even more interesting and challenging for the participants! Our oldest teammate is Topper. He is a 31 year old, white, Arabian gelding. He may be the oldest but can still "kick up his heels" in the warmth of the summer sun and won't hesitate to let you know when he's had enough by planting his feet and refusing to budge. Each of the remaining horses have their own individual personalities and dispositions, making the Horse Medicine experience endless in possibilities.

       Together, Diane and Nan partner with horses to provide an                  atmosphere of growth, learning and education.
